摘要
〔目的〕为了探讨低强度激光血管内照射的作用机理。〔方法〕我们采用放射免疫法和比色法观察了 40例脑梗塞患者低强度激光血管内照射前后血浆ET - 1、NO含量的变化。〔结果〕血浆EF - 1含量由照射前 82 2 6± 8 15ng/降为 6 2 7± 8 0 8ng/ml,血浆NO含量由照射前的 15 80± 2 0 8μmol/L上升为 2 4 0 6± 2 38μmol/L ,差异均具有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。〔结论〕低强度激光血管内照射抑制了ET - 1的合成和释放 ,促进NO的分泌 ,这可能是其发挥生物学效应的机理之一。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of intravascular low energy Laser irradiation on blood (ILIB).Methods:the plasma concentration of ET-1 and NO was investigated by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and colorimetic method in 40 cases of patients with cerebral infarction before and after ILIB treatment.Results:the plasma ET-1 content was decreased (before treatment,80.26±8.15ng/ml;after treatment,60.47±8.03ng/ml;P<0.01) and NO content was increased (before treatment,15.80±2.05mol/L;after treatment,24.06±2.38mol/L;P<0.01).Conclusions:low energy Laser irradiation can restrain the secretion of ET-1 and promote that of NO after ILIB treating patients with cerebral infarction.as may be one of the mechanisms of intravascular low energy Laser irradiation on Blood.
