随着计算机技术和因特网技术的发展,人类已进去信息网络时代。网络技术的发展给我们带来了大量的信息资源,同时也给我们带来了巨大的挑战。本文主要从网络信息资源的概念、特点、开发利用原则以及开发利用过程中存在的问题等几个方面进行分析研究,并针对这些问题提出解决措施。

With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, mankind has been into the Information Age. Development of network technology has brought us a lot of information resources, but also gives us a huge challenge. In this paper, the concept of network information resources, characteristics, development and utilization of the principles and aspects of the process of development and utilization of the existing problems, such as analysis and study and propose solutions to these problems.
