摘要 本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定顺氨氯铂在人的血浆、胸水及尿中铂浓度的方法。样品无需预先处理,加入Triton X—100后,可对标准溶液直接测定,不需要加入空白血浆。其方法简便、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于临床生物样品的测试。检出限为5ppb,绝对灵敏度为7×10^(11)g/0.0044A,线性范围为50—800ng/ml,变导系数(4个浓度)为1.93—2.18%(n=10),回收率(5个浓度)为96.1—107.6%。 A method is described for the determination of platinum in human plasma, urine and hydrothorax following therapeutic dosing with cisplatin. The main benefits arc the ease, the sensitivity and the precision. Analysis can be performed after adding Triton X-100, without sample preparetion. The measurements can be made against aqueous standards. The methods are therefore suitable for routine drug monitoring. The limit of detection was about 5ppb. The absolute sensetivity was 7×10^(11)g/0.0044A. The linear range was 50—800ng/ml. The precision of the assay (c.v.) was 1.93—2.18% (n=10). The recovery was 96.1—107.6%.
