SiCp6061Al金属基复合材料焊缝“原位”合金化激光焊接研究 被引量:7

摘要 以Ti作为合金化元素对SiCp 6 0 6 1Al金属基复合材料 (SiCp 6 0 6 1AlMMC)进行焊缝“原位”合金化激光焊接。研究了焊缝“原位”合金化元素Ti添加量对焊缝显微组织的影响。结果表明 ,采用焊缝“原位”合金化方法激光焊接SiCp 6 0 6 1AlMMC ,可以有效抑制焊缝中针状脆性相Al4C3 的形成 ,并获得以均匀分布TiC ,Ti5 Si3 等为增强相的新型金属基复合材料焊缝 ,焊缝“原位”合金化激光焊接是焊接SiCp Al复合材料的一种新方法。 In situ” weld alloying/laser beam welding is utilized to join SiCp/6061Al MMC with titanium as alloying element. Microstructure of the weld is characterized as functions of alloying content and laser processing parameters. Results show that the needle like harmful phase Al 4C 3 is completely eliminated and a novel composite reinforced by TiC and Ti 5Si 3 is produced in the weld of SiCp/6061Al MMC by “in situ” weld alloying/laser beam welding with titanium as the alloying element. “In situ” weld alloying/laser beam welding is a new promising method for joining of SiCp/6061Al MMCs.
