肉粉和肉骨粉是动物加工过程中的副产品,具有较高的营养价值。文章就肉粉、肉骨粉品质控制及其在鱼类生产中的应用作以简述。
Meat meal, meat and bone meal which were by-product of animal production,have rich in nutritional material. This article described the influence of different material and production technology on quality of fishmeal.
