摘要
试验通过研究日粮不同钙水平对仔猪血液中骨形态发生蛋白2、胫骨钙含量、骨灰分及骨密度的影响,探讨仔猪日粮中钙水平的适合添加量。试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,将60头杜长大仔猪(体重21.8±2.1kg)分成6个处理,每个处理设10个重复,每个重复1头猪。各处理分别饲喂钙水平为0.3%、0.45%、0.6%、0.75%、0.9%、1.05%的玉米-豆粕型试验日粮。预饲期为7d,试验期28d。结果表明:随着日粮钙水平的提高,血清中骨形态发生蛋白2的含量呈现先增大后减小的趋势(P<0.05),并且钙含量为0.75%时,出现最大值(P<0.05);日粮中不同钙水平对胫骨钙含量的影响显著(P<0.05),且在日粮钙水平为0.75%时,骨钙含量最大;随着日粮钙水平的提高,胫骨灰分含量呈现先增大后减小的趋势(P<0.05),并且钙含量为0.75%时,出现最大值(P<0.05);日粮不同钙水平对胫骨密度影响显著,随着日粮钙水平的提高呈现先增大后减小的趋势(P<0.05),并且钙含量为0.75%时,出现最大值(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮钙水平为0.75%时,仔猪血清中骨形态发生蛋白2含量最大,仔猪胫骨性能最佳。
60 three-way crossbred (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) piglets were conducted to investigate the effects of different calcium levels of content on bone morphogenetic protein -2, calcium content in bones, tibia performance of piglets and to estimate the influence of different calcium levels in dietary on skeleton of piglets. Completely randomized design was adopted and a total of 60 experimental piglets with similar body weights (21.8±2.1kg) were randomly allotted into 6 treatments with 10 repetitions in each treatment and 1 pig in each repetition. Piglets were fed diets with six different levels of calcium(0.3%, 0.45%, 0.6%, 0.75%, 0.9%, 1.05%) randomly in a single factorial arrangement. The prepare trial period was 7d, the trial period was 28d. The results as follows: (1) Bone morphogenetic protein -2 concentration in serum was increased at first mad decreased subsequently with the dietary calcium increasing, and it reached the peak values in 0.75% group (P 〈 0.05); (2) The effects of different dietary calcium levels on calcium content of tibia were significant (P 〈 0.05), and got the highest values in 0.75% group (P 〈 0.05); (3) The effects of different dietary calcium levels on ash content in defatted tibia were significant (P 〈 0.05), and got the highest values in 0.75% group (P 〈 0.05); (4) The effects of different dietary calcium levels on BMD of tibia were significant (P 〈 0.05), and got the highest values in 0.75% group (P 〈 0.05) (conclusion)Taking the results above into account, bone morphogenetic protein -2 concentration in serum and tibia performance is the greatest, but the activity is minimum when the supplement of calcium level is 0.75%.
