摘要
介绍了梳棉机自调匀整系统的工作原理和组成,对一种两检一控式的混合环控制系统进行PID调节和仿真。并对开环控制系统、闭环控制系统和混合环控制系统的匀整效果进行比较。
This paper introduces the working principle and composition of autolever system in carding machine.It also simulates a hybrid ring control system using the method of PID,which the system has two detection signals and one contol signal.Final- ly,this paper compares the simulation results of open-loop system,closed-loop system and hybrid ring control system.
