摘要
介绍了一种基于FPGA数字电路设计的PID直流电机控制器;实现了对直流电机的位置控制。相对比单片机设计的控制器,采用了单片的FPGA芯片实现磁栅反馈信号的采集处理、PID控制器设计以及I2C从机接口设计。整个设计采用了Verilog HDL语言编写,对改进的PID算法、反馈信号采集以及I2C从机接口电路进行设计和仿真。仿真和实验结果表明该控制器的有效性和可行性。
A PID DC motor controller which is designed by digital circuit based on FPGA is introduced.DC Motor position control is realized.Compared with MCU,the controller is designed by a single FPGA chip,which can implement Magnetic grating signal processing,PID controller and I^2C slave interface.The whole program is written by Verilog HDL language.The improved PID algorithm,Feedback Signal from magnetic scale,I^2C slave interface are designed and simulated.The results proved the controller is available and effectiveness.
