西藏某部武警官兵不同驻守时间口腔健康状况调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的 调查西藏武警官兵的口腔健康状况,为高原官兵口腔疾病防治提供依据.方法 按照〈第3次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案〉和〈世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法〉的标准,采用分层、整群抽样的方法,对驻拉萨某部1520名官兵进行调查,根据军龄分为4组,对其进行问卷调查和临床检查.结果 新兵组和1~4年组、5~9年组、≥10年组官兵口腔健康行为无统计学差异,其他各组在龋病、牙龈炎、牙周炎和光化性唇炎的检出率均高于新兵组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着军龄增加,呈上升趋势.结论 驻西藏武警官兵口腔疾病发病率随高原驻守时间的延长呈高发趋势,应加强对高原官兵口腔健康教育指导,并改善口腔健康保障条件,及时防治口腔疾病. Objective To investigate the prevalence of oral diseases in the Armed Policed Forces in Tibet, and to provide ba- sis for preventing dental diseases of them. Methods According to the 3rd national oral diseases epidemiological survey and Oral Health Survey of WHO, 1520 military persons in Lhasa were recruited by the cluster sampling method. They were divided into 4 groups according to length of military service. All the samples were asked to fill in a questionnaire and examined. Results There was no sig- nificant difference between the new recruit group and the 1-4 year service group, 5-9 year service group, ≥10 year service group in o-ral health behavior. Significant differences were found between the new recruit group and the 1-4 year service group, 5-9 year service group, ≥ 10 year service group in relevance ratio of caries, gingivitis, periodoutitis and actinic cheilitis (P 〈0.05 ). As the length of military service increased, the detection rate was improving statistically. Conclusions With the increase of garrison durations, the de-tection rate of oral diseases in Armed Policed Forces in Tibet is elevated statistically. Therefore, oral hygiene instruction should be strengthened for them. Oral health supporting conditions should be improved along with timely prevention and treatment of oral disea-ses.
