不合理用药致急性肾衰竭2例 被引量：1

摘要 2013年我院收治2例青年急性胃肠炎和急性上呼吸道感染,在支队卫生队诊治过程中因用药不合理导致急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure, ARF）,经我院救治后恢复良好.笔者网上查阅2003-2013年药物引起急性肾衰竭的报道并不少见,一般用药疗程长,剂量大.此2例用药时间短,且剂量在正常范围内,实属罕见.
