弹力纤维对细支气管肺泡癌诊断作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细支气管肺泡癌(bronchioloalveolar carcinoma,BAC)是来源于细支气管或肺泡上皮的原发性肺癌,与其他肺腺癌亚型不同[1],具有独特的生物学特性和预后.阎培莎早在20世纪80年代就主张将其从WHO腺癌分类(adenocarcinoma,AC)中分出来,作为肺癌中一种独立类型[2].找出BAC与其他肺腺癌亚型的鉴别要点,对于二者的诊断、分型、治疗都有很大的指导作用.
