摘要
针对氯乙烯转化器中出现白色粉末,导致转化器阻力增大的问题进行了逐项排查,确定是聚合体系缓冲剂碳酸氢铵分解产生的NH3通过精馏系统尾气进入变压吸附装置提浓后,在转化器中与氯化氢反应生成了氯化铵,导致转化系统阻力上升,将缓冲剂改为碳酸氢钠后彻底解决了这一问题,改造后设备运行正常。
According to the resistance increase in VCM synthesis converter, which was caused by the white powder formed in the converter, investigations were carried out step by step. It was confirmed that: the buffer ammonium bicarbonate for polymerization system decomposed and formed ammonia, the ammonia entered pressure swing adsorption device with rectification tail gas and was concentrated, then it reacted with hydrogen chloride in the converter and generated the white powder ammonium chloride which caused the resistance increase of converters. The problem was solved thoroughly by replacing am- monium bicarbonate with sodium bicarbonate. The devices run properly after the replacement.
