摘要
建立了一套对 NO气体检测的光纤传感器系统,得到了NO气体对光的吸收谱和光波长为 400nm时不同气体体积分数的吸收特性,实验结果表明在一定条件下NO气体体积分数与系统的输出信号成线性关系。该系统的响应迅速,恢复时间短。
A fiber - optic sensor system that can measure and examine NO gas is estibilished. An absorbance spectrum of NO gas for the light and absorbance characterristic for the different NO volume fraction at wavelength 400 nm have been investigated. The experimental results have indicated that NO gas volume fraction have linear relations with output of the system. The response of the system is rapid and the time of recovery is short.
