从实验教学存在的问题着手，阐述了提高学生实验技能、加强实践性环节训练的基本思路及具体措施，给出了开放实验室的运行办法，简要介绍了开放实验室需要的ＩＣ卡计时器和预约管理软件。

With regarding to the problems existing in experiment teaching, the practical ideas that improving the students' skills of doing experiment and strengthening their practical training are suggested. The ways of managing open laboratory are provided. The IC card-timer and precontract software which are necessary in open laboratory are introduced.
