“教”与“学”是对立的统一。对于从“精”、“准”、“新”、“深”、“熟”五个方面谈了如何提高电工学课程课堂教学质量,培养21世纪具有创新意识和创新能力的大学生。
Teching' and 'Learning' is a necessary unity of opposites. This paper presents that how can we improve the class-teaching quality of Electrotechnics course and how can we train college students with creatine conciousness and ability for the 21st century from five aspects as 'preciseness', 'exactness', 'newnex', 'depth' and 'proficiency'.
