摘要
测定了天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素混配对禾谷缢管蚜、麦长管蚜、麦二叉蚜和槐蚜的联合毒力,并筛选了药剂的最佳复配比例.结果表明,天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素复配具有增效作用.天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素提取物质量比为3∶1时,对4种蚜虫的联合增效作用最为显著,其共毒系数分别为245.5、261.9、245.2和251.1;杀虫谱比单剂更广.按最佳比例复配的混剂4%天然苦皮藤素·黄荆素EW对小麦蚜虫和槐蚜的小区田间效果分别为87.87%~90.03%和91.85%~92.84%,显著高于其单剂效果.
Common-toxicities of mixtures in plant extracts Celastrus angulatus Max. and Vitex negundo Linn. on Rhopalosiphum padi Linnaeus, Sitobion avenae Fabricius, Schizaphis graminum Rondani and Aphis robiniae Macchiati were studied, and best ratio of them was screened. The results showed that the mixtures of C. angulatus and V. negundo mix-proportion of 3:1 had remarkable synergistic effects, and common-toxicity coefficients (CTCs) were 245.5, 261.9, 245.2 and 251.1. Insecticidal spectrum was broader than a single dose. Control effects of mixed agent of natural celangulins with V. negundo extracts 4% EW according to the best complex were 87.87%-90.03% and 91.85%-92.84%, respectively, and significantly higher than effect of a single dose against wheat aphids and A. robiniae.
