摘要
内生菌是生活于植物的组织、器官内部,但并不使植物表现出有害症状的真菌、细菌或放线菌。因其具有固氮、矿物溶解、光合作用、载运铁、利用1-氨基环丙烷-1羧酸为唯一氮源、传递营养物质等作用,所以在修复重金属污染土壤方面具有新的利用价值。为此对内生菌在促进植物生长和对重金属抗性方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期为植物/微生物联合修复重金属污染土壤提供新思路。
Endophyte is an endosymbiont as bacterium or fungus which lives in plant tissues without causing disease symptom. In respect of plant growth promotion and heavy metals resistance ability, endophyte shows the function as nitrogen fixation, solublization of minerals, production of phytohormones, siderophores, utilization of 1-aminocyclopropane- l-carboxylic acid as sole N source and transformation of nutrient elements, which indicates a new way for heavy metal bio-remediation in contaminated soils. Research progress on plant growth promotion and heavy metals resistance of endophyte was reviewed, which hoped to offer a new method for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils by endophyte in plant-microorganism.
