摘要
基于矿业废弃物对环境的破坏 ,本文叙述了矿业废弃物的种类、矿业废弃物破坏环境的原因、实现矿业废弃物资源化是矿业可持续发展和环境保护的必由之路 ,以及依靠法制和科技进步 。
The paper describes the types of mining wastes and the reasons why mining wastes pollute environment.To achieve sustainable development of mining in Chinas western region,it is absolutely necessary to transform the mining wastes from harmful into useful according to legal regulations and by means of advanced technology.
