摘要
叙述了金川公司镍闪速炉水淬渣代替充填粗骨料用于电耙输送胶结充填的试验研究 ,试验结果表明 ,在水泥耗量 2 0 0～ 2 40kg/m3 情况下 ,加入一定量的粉煤灰 (或细石 ) ,浆体不易离析、沉淀 ,流动性能好 ,试块强度满足下向回采工艺的要求。本文还采用灰色分析法进行试验结果分析选优 。
At Jinchuan smelting plant,over 1000t/d of slag is discharged from nickel flash smelting furnace.The slag not only occupies great stacking yard but also pollutes environment.At the same time,Jinchuan mine has to crush near 1 Mt/a of stone for the purpose of filling that results in high cost for the mine.To solve these problemes,tests have been done to find a right way of using the slag as material for cemented stowing.
