摘要
组织对光透射、反射以及吸收变化规律,不仅是组织固有特性在光学上的反应,而且对疾病的诊断和治疗具有一定作用,目前国内在这方面报道尚少。我们利用先进的“积分球”分光扫描技术对离体犬肌肉、肝、脾等组织的光谱特性进行了研究,从中发现了一些规律。
The advanced 'integrating sphere' method were used in studing the tissue optical property. The expcrimental results showed that: (1)the reflection, transmission and absorption of lights rays in different kind of tissue have the same kind of regulation; (2) between 400—600nm, the absorption peak of reflection curve of the muscle, live and spleen tissue is at the same wavelength as that of the transmission curve of the blood; (3) the reflection and absorption of light rays in damaged tissue is not the same as the normal one; (4) the method used in this rcsearch has a important sagnificance for basic theory research and clinical use.
