摘要
前言聚丙烯树脂是制作电工膜的主要原料之一,为了满足电讯工程绝缘度高的特殊需要,要求金属总含量≤80μg/ml。因此,需对树脂进行金属全分析。目前应用N_O—C_2H_2火焰法,本法采取加入钼酸钠作为抑制剂,抑制Si的干扰,能满足本法要求,铝的相对标准偏差为1.23%。采用原子吸收光谱法测定钛,国内外均报道不多。本文研究了N_2O—C_2H_2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钛。发现铝对钛的干扰非常显著。
The method for the determination of Al and Ti in polypropylene resin by N_2O-C_2H_2 FAAS has been described. After carbonifying, the sample was ashed at 550℃ and dissolved in 1∶1 HCl solution. In the determination of Al, for eliminating the interference of coexisting clements, Na_2MoO_4 solution was added as suppressant. Al and NH_4F was added as complex sensibilization agent for the determination of Ti. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the determination is about 1×10^(-2) and the recovery were 98×10^(-2) to 102×10^(-2) (for Al) and 99×10^(-2) to 100×10^(-2) (for Ti).
