摘要 介绍了发展重介旋流器选煤技术的必要性。分析了重介旋流器分选系统的可靠性指标、算法及循环介质泵性能等影响重介旋流器分选系统可靠性的主要因素 ,对重介旋流器分选系统的设计及运行具有指导性。 A coal preparation technology of the heavy media cyclone is a high efficient physical coal preparation technology for difficult coal preparation and very difficult coal preparation. This preparation technology has a high preparation accuracy, a wide density adjustment ranging, a high capacity and other features. The technology has obvious results in high sulfur difficult coal preparation and ash removing. The paper analyzed and derived the reliability index of the heavy media cyclone preparation system and the main factors affected to the reliability of the preparation system. During the design and operation of the heavy media cyclone preparation system, equipment selection rationality and reliability of the equipment and material performance and reliability should be made to the media pump, media screen, management and control system and other key points, which are very important to improve the reliability of the preparation system and each unit equipment.
