耐压加筋圆环形结构的强度特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 环形结构是研制新型多功能水下航行体不可缺少的结构形式之一。本文采取理论与数值方法比较分析圆环形结构相对于其"等效柱壳"的结构特征属性。首先基于弹性薄壳理论分析圆环壳双向应力的特征规律及其弯矩受力特性,然后依据简化理论解分析环向轴力对加筋圆环壳结构强度的影响以及环壳内外圈结构强度的特征差异,最后基于简化理论解给出加筋圆环壳强度特征曲线,供耐压环形结构设计参考。 Toroidal structures are indispensable to the design of new-style multifunctional underwater vehicles. In this paper, contrastive analysis of structural characteristics is carried out between circular toroidal shell and its equivalent cylindrical shell using theoretical and numerical method. The variation attribute of longitudinal stress and the characteristic that moments exist at the top are studied according to elastic thin shells theory. And influences of latitudinal axial-force and dissimilarity between external loop and internal loop are investigated based on theoretical solution presented by author previously. Moreover, some attribute curves are given for reference to engineering design or application.
