摘要
海洋平台、船舶甲板是船舶与海洋工程的重要作业平台,一旦发生紧急事故,需要将人员迅速安全的疏散到安全地点。本文基于受限容量路径规划(CCRP)疏散算法进行改进,提出抽象疏散网络图的一般方法,引入并应用当量长度和双向边的概念,为海洋平台以及船舶甲板在紧急情况下的人员疏散,提供切实可行的多起点、多终点及容量受限的疏散算法。最后通过算例验证算法的有效性。
Offshore platforms and decks are necessary in ocean and naval engineering. It is needed to evacuate people to safe places in case of emergency. This paper is based on CCRP ( Capacity Constrained Route Planner) , proposes a method for evacuation network abstraction, applies the concept of equivalent length as well as bidirectional edge. The paper provides a practical evacuation algorithm for offshore platforms and decks in emergency which permits several starting points and several ending points, considers limited capacity as well. At last, an example is used to prove its validity.
