海上试验设备投资巨大,试验中设备及装置的安全十分重要。由于海上试验条件的复杂性,任何一种不确定因素都会导致设备的丢失。如未采取必要的定位措施,将会造成重大的经济损失。本文采用北斗通信和定位技术、低功耗微控制器技术设计了一种北斗信标机,可与试验设备捆绑使用,当试验设备漂浮在水面时作业人员可通过接收装置接收设备位置信息迅速进行定位,保障设备的安全。

Ocean test equipment investment huge, the test equipment and the device＇s security is important. As the complexity of the test conditions at sea, any uncertainty will cause the loss of the equipment. Failure to take the necessary measures to locate, will result in significant economic losses. In this research, a Beidou satellite beacon is designed using the Beidou satellite communications and positioning technologies, low-power micro-controller technology. It can be bundled with the test equipment. When the test equipment floating in the water operating personnel can receive the equipment location information by receiving device and locate it quickly, protect the safety of equipment.
