摘要
针对鱼雷壳体模态分析中,由于楔环连接结构有限元模型处理方法引起的计算精度较低问题,提出一种等效刚度的有限元模型处理方法。通过Nastran sol200模块对模型优化并进行模态仿真计算,对比试验数据结果表明:固有频率及模态振型的计算误差小于4%,比以往分析方法精度提高10%左右,对其他连接方式的鱼雷模态分析也具有一定的参考价值。
To solve the problem of low precision in modal calculation based on model predigestion, and improve the efficiency and quality of finite element method (FEM)analysis, a new equivalent model of wedged-ring connection structure is proposed. Using the function of Nastran sol200 to optimize the new model ,then the results are obtained according to the simulation analysis. The comparison results between simulation and modal testing indicates that this method can improve the precision of about 10 percent. The precision of simulation is less than 4 percent.
