摘要 本文采用国产自控电热消化器处理样品,以冷原子吸收法测定了野禽野味及饲养动物肉组织中的痕量汞。通过实验考察了温度、进样体积、载气流量、实验用酸以及还原剂用量对测量的影响,并研究了实验过程中不加SnCl_2时汞信号的发生机理。 A method for determination of trace mercury in meat product for export by cold-vapour AAS is given in this paper, the samples were decomposed with automatic electrothermal digestion system (made in China). The effect of temperature, Sampling volume, flow rate of carrier gas, various acids and reducting agent on the absorption signal of mercury was examined. Reaction mechanism of mercury without SnCl_2 in the experiment was studied.
