新形势下如何做好企业思想政治工作

思想政治工作是以人为对象的人心工程,是企业文化建设的重要内容。在新形势下开展思想政治工作,要坚持尊重人、理解人的原则,走群众路线,坚持从群众实际需求出发,从内容、渠道和方法上力求创新,同时应以企业文化为切入点,推进企业文化建设,并做到常抓不懈,持之以恒。当下,社会正处于转型变革时期,领导干部要提高政治素养,深刻领悟新形势下党的路线方针和政策,把握职工的思想动态,运用正确的、先进的和科学的理论指导实际的思想政治工作。
