摘要
利用数值模拟方法,研究了熔体与模具间界面传热对注塑成型制件质量的影响情况。研究结果表明,薄壁制件的翘曲量会随着传热强度的增大而增加,且其影响程度因聚合物材料而异;另外,随着薄壁制件厚度的减小,熔体与模具间界面传热强度对薄壁制件翘曲量的影响变得越显著;采用低导热模芯或采用隔热涂层的方式降低熔体与模具间的传热强度,可以改善薄壁注塑成型翘曲现象,为改善薄壁件注塑成型质量提供了新思路。
This paper investigated the effect of polymer-mold interface heat transfer on the quality of thin-wall injection molding by numerical simulation method penetratingly. The results demonstrated that the warpage of thin-wall became larger with the heat transfer intensity increasing, and for different polymer materials the impact strength was different; In addition, the effect of heat transfer intensity became greater with the reducing of thickness ; Using low thermal conductivity core or insulation coating could reduce the heat transfer intensity, which can improve the warpage phenomenon, this provided a new method to improve the quality of thin-walled parts from the aspect of polymer-mold interface heat transfer.
