厚壁透明制品成型工艺优化

摘要 研究了实心超厚壁的透明制品的成型工艺技术,以塑件最大体积收缩率为优化目标,计算工艺参数为保压压力、熔体温度、总冷却时间、注射时间和模具温度,在三维流动分析的研究基础上,进行了制品缺陷的CAE分析,通过采用正交实验法,进行均值分析、极差分析及方差分析,并结合数据处理系统(DPS)数据处理技术,得出了最优工艺参数组合及各成型工艺参数对收缩变形影响的主次关系及影响程度。CAE分析与试验结果表明,塑件的体积收缩率减少4.2%左右。 The molding techniques of uneven thickness ultra-thick transparent product were studied. The optimization goal was to make out the minimum volume shrinkage of plastic parts. The calculation process parameters were packing pressure, melt temperature, cooling time, injection time and mold temperature. On the basis of three-dimension flow analysis, CAE analysis of product defects was carried out, by using orthogonal experiment, through the mean value analysis, extreme difference analysis and variance analysis, and combined with the DPS data processing technology, the optimal combination of process parameter was obtained, as well as the molding process parameters on the influence degree of shrinkage deformation. CAE analysis and experiment result showed that the volume shrinkage of plastic parts decreased by about 4. 2%.
