新型环氧扩链剂对回收PA66性能的影响 被引量:2

The influence of Epoxy-chain Extender on the Properties of the Recycled PA66

摘要 在回收尼龙66(PA66)中添加不同质量分数的自制环氧类扩链剂CE051,利用反应挤出技术在同向双螺杆挤出机中反应扩链挤出。分析测试挤出产物的特性黏度、力学性能和热学性能等。结果表明,加入CE051后回收PA66的熔体质量流动速率下降,特性黏度增加,同时热稳定性增加;而其力学性能,尤其是韧性得到较大提高。 Using the different contents of oligomer CE051 with epoxy group as chain extender, reactive extrusion process for recycled PA66 was carried out by means of a co-rotating twin screw extruder. The intrinsic viscosity, the mechanical properties and the thermal property of the products were investigated. The results showed, the melt flow rate (MFR) of recycled PA66 decreased and the intrinsic viscosity and thermal stability increased obviously. Accordingly, the mechanical properties was improved especially the toughness.
