HPLC法测定颠胃酸口服液中绿原酸的含量

Determination the content of Chlorogeaic acid in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的 建立颠胃酸口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法.方法 高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Diamonsil-C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠缓冲液（25：75）;检测波长327nm,进样量10μL,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温28℃.结果 绿原酸在2.04～51.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,y=2.9663x＋0.1949（r=0.9999）,回收率为97.9%,RSD=1.96%（n=6）.结论 所建方法便捷、专属性强,适用于颠胃酸口服液中绿原酸的含量测定.

OBJECTIVE To establish the content detection method of chlorogeaicacid in Dianweisuan Oral Liq- uid. METHODS HPLC method was used with Diamonsil-C18 column （250mm ×4. 6mm,5 μm） , the mobile phase was methyl alcohol and 0. 1 mol. L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution （25：75） , the detection wavelength at 327nm,injection volume was 10μL column temperature was 28℃ and flow rate was 1.0mL .min-1. RESULTS chlorogeaieacid curve was liner within a range of 2. 04 - 51.0μg .mL-l, liner equation was y = 2. 9663x ＋ 0. 1949 （r = 0. 9999） ,the average recovery was 97.9% with RSD of 1.96% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The established math- od is simple with good reproducibility, which could be further used to investigate the determination of chlorogeaicacid in Dianweisuan Oral Liquid.
