摘要 本文用植物标准样品作为标准,采用动物肝粉末样品压片制样,使用3080E_2型X射线荧光光谱仪直接测定动物肝样品中的钠、镁、磷、钾、钙、铁、硫、锰、铜、锌、钼、铷和溴元素。用铑靶的Kα线和Lα_1线的康普顿散射线,瑞利散射线及散射背景作为标校正元素间的效应。方法简便、快速、准确和经济。 A X-ray fluorescence method has been developed for direct determination of 13 elements in animal liver. The plant standard samples are used as standard sample. The matrix effect is corrected by using Rh Kα compton scattcred radiation as internal standard for determining Cu, Zn, Br, Rb and Mo, by using scattered background of 0.1876nm wavelength position as internal standard for determining Ca, Fe and Mn, by using Rh Lα_1 line Rayleigh scattered radiation as internal standard for determining S, P, Na, Mg and K.Low detection limit, good precision and accuracy are obtained in this paper.
