千根草粗取物体外抑菌活性部位的筛选研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变异链球菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌为试验菌株研究千根草的体外抑菌活性。方法通过K-B纸片扩散法及利用连续(试管)稀释法对70%醇提物,水层、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚相萃取物测定抑菌活性。结果总提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为25.00g·L-1。粗分部位中,乙酸乙酯相萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌抑菌活性最好,其最低抑菌浓度分别为25、12.5、3.13、25g·L-1,水层无抑菌活性。结论千根草的抑菌活性成分主要存在于乙酸乙酯萃取相中。 OBJECTIVE To study on antibacterial activities of crude extracts from Euphorbia thymifolia in Vitro, with staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysenteriae as tested strains. METHODS The antibacterial activities of crude extracts from Euphorbia thy- mifolia in Vitro on 4 tested strains were investigated by the disc diffusion method and serial dilution meth-od. RESULTS MIC of staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysenteriae to the 70% ethanol extract were 25,12. 5,3.13,25g .L-1 ,respectively. In the concentrated extracts Ethyl acetate ex- traction phases were provided with stronger antibacterial activities against tested strains than other extraction phases, MIC of staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella dysenteriae to which were 25 12.5,3. 13,25g . L-1. Water phases were not provided with any antibacterial activities. CONCLUSION Active in- gredients of Euphorbia thymifolia mainly existed in Ethyl acetate phases.
