不同稀土值催化剂的重油催化裂化性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过考察2种催化剂由于稀土含量的不同所引起的催化剂表面酸性的变化,研究稀土元素的增加对催化裂化活性和氢转移性能的影响;并在小型固定流化床装置上,用稀土值不同的催化剂(NSC-1和NSC-2)对某炼油厂的减四线油进行催化裂化反应试验。结果表明:稀土元素的引入可以增加催化剂表面酸量和酸性中心的密度,提高催化活性和氢转移性能;催化剂稀土含量的增加有助于提高重油催化裂化产物中轻油的收率,减少未转化重油的产率,降低汽油中烯烃的含量。 The paper studied the effect on surface acidic of two catalysts with dltterent rare earth content, and the effect on catalytic cracking activity and hydrogen transfer performances with the increase rare earth content of the catalysts. Catalytic cracking reaction tests of different rare earth value catalysts of NSC -1 and NSC -2 were done using the heavy -vacuum gas oil from some refinery in a small fixed -fluidized bed reactor (ACE Model AP). Test results showed that surface acidic, density of acidic centers, catalytic reactivity and hydrogen transfer property of the catalyst were increased by addition of rare earth element. Yield of light oil in cat- alytic cracking products was increased, yield of unconverted heavy oil was decreased, and olefin content in gasoline was decreased by increase of rare earth content in the catalyst.
