摘要
针对齐鲁橡胶厂合成橡胶后处理包装机中出现的精度控制问题,提出了基于模糊PID的立袋输送机与缝纫机速度同步控制方法。用速度闭环控制保证其速度稳定的前提下,采用模糊PID控制方法来同步速度控制精度。在Matlab的Simulink平台中建立基于模糊PID的立袋输送机与缝纫机速度控制系统模型,并进行了仿真和结果分析。
Considering the precision control problem existing in synthetic rubber post - pro- cessing packaging machine, this paper put forth speed synchronous control method on vertical bag conveyor and sewing machine basing on fuzzy PID. The speed steady was guaranteed with the speed closed - loop control, and the synchronous speed control precision was improved by a- dopting the fuzzy PID control method. The speed control system model was built in the Simulink platform of Matlab basing on fuzzy PID, simulation operation was made and result was analyzed.
