地尔硫[艹卓]片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗慢性肺心病并冠心病心力衰竭45例

目的探讨地尔硫[艹卓]片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗慢性肺心病并冠心病心力衰竭临床效果。方法选取在本院住院治疗的90例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者，随机分成两组，均予常规基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用地尔硫[艹卓]片30mg，每日3次；瑞舒伐他汀钙10mg，每日1次，口服；疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效。结果对照组的总有效率为71．11％；治疗组为91．11％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后，左室射血分数均增高，6min步行距离均增长，心室率均减慢，但治疗组比对照组效果更明显，两组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论地尔硫[艹卓]片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗慢性肺心病合并冠心病心力衰竭临床效果好，可明显改善患者症状、体征和心功能。

Objective To investigate dihiazem tablets in combination with rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of chronic pul- monary heart disease and coronary heart failure clinical effects.Methods In our hospital treated 90 cases of chronic pulmonary heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine therapy,based on the treatment group to dihiazem tablets 30 rag,3 times/day;rosuvastatin calcium l0 mg,1 times/day,orally;were treated for two weeks.Compare the clini- cal efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results In the control group,the total effective rate was 71.11%;treatment group, the total efficiency of 91.11%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）;After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction were increased,6min walk growth from both ventricular rate slows down,but the treatment group than in the control group is more effective in both groups after treatment difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Dihiazem tablets plus rosu- vastatin calcium treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart failure clinical effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms,signs and cardiac function.
