摘要
幽门螺杆菌是消化性溃疡的主要发病因素之一，本文通过61例病例的用药观察，证明治疗消化性溃疡引入抗HP感染的方法在抗酸的基础上不但提高了疗效，且降低了复发率，值得在基层医院推广。
