银屑病关节炎患者外周血Th细胞的表达和意义

摘要 目的研究外周血Th细胞在银屑病关节炎中的表达和意义。方法选择银屑病关节炎患者42例作为研究组.另选取健康人群30例作为对照组。采集血液样本后,分析Th细胞表达。结果研究组Th1,Th17细胞表达要高于对照组(P〈0.05),Th2细胞与对照组无差异(P〉0.05),Treg表达要低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论Th1,Th17,Treg在银屑病关节炎疾病中发挥着重要的作用,同时与临床指标压痛关节数、ESR及PASI等有相关性。
