负压吸引在糖尿病足患者治疗中的应用研究

目的探讨封闭式负压引流技术（VSD）治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法将2009年1月至2013年9月在空军总医院住院的糖尿病足患者236例随机分成两组，试验组118例采用VSD治疗，对照组118例采用常规方法治疗，比较两组效果。结果所有患者创面愈合良好，试验组换药次数减少，创面愈合时间和住院时间缩短，住院费用降低，无并发症发生。结论VSD用于治疗糖尿病足效果显著，值得临床推广。

Objective Discussion on the closed negative pressure drainagetechnology （Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD） the clinical effects of the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods from January to 2013 2009 in General Hospital of the Air Force PLA from September in 236 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group 118 cases were treated with VSD, 118 cases in the control group were treated with routine method,efficacy was compared between the 2 groups.Results all the patients the wound healed well,the experimental group was decreased,the time of wound healing and shorten the days of hospitalization,hospitalizationcosts,no complications.Conclusion VSD for the treatment of diabetic foot effect significantly,recom- mended in clinical application.
