护理心理干预对男性腰椎间盘突出患者性生活质量的影响

目的探讨影响男性腰椎间盘突出患者性生活质量的心理干预方法。方法将180例男性腰椎间盘突出患者随机均分为观察组和对照组．采用自行设计的调查问卷和性生活质量评定量袁在患者入院时进行问卷调查。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上予以家庭支持、性生活指导和心理疏导等心理干预措施。结果观察组患者性生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈005）。结论提供家庭支持、性生活指导、心理疏导等护理心理干预能够提高男性腰椎间盘突出患者的性生活质量，具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the impact of malesexual quality of life inpatients with lumbar discherniation psychological interven- tions.Methods 180 cases of male patients with lumbar discherniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,using self-designed questionnaire and the quality of life inpatients on admission rating scale questionnaire.Usualcare control group was observed in the usualcare group to be on the basis of family support,guidance and psychological counseling sexlife and other psychological interventions.Results The patients quality of life scores were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 O05）.Conclusion To provide familysupport,sexualguidance ,psychological counseling and other psychological nursing intervention in patients with lumbar discherniation can improve male sexual quality of life ,has some clinical value.
