高龄患者用药安全的影响因素及护理对策

随着人口老龄化，高龄患者作为用药特殊群体，其用药特点及安全性越来越受到重视。由于高龄患者身体功能退化，慢性疾病迁延积累等因素，常同时患有多个器官的多种疾病，加之药物的范围越来越广、种类越来越多，用药方法越来越复杂。所以高龄患者用药更需要谨慎，不仅要考虑疗效，还要特别注意用药安全。笔者重点探讨护理人员采取针对性护理，来提高高龄患者用药的安全性。

with the aging of the population,elderly patients as a special group of the medication,medication characteristics and se- curity more and more attention.Because the body function of elderly patients withchronic disease in degradation,accumulation and other factors ,many diseases are accompanied with multiple organ,and the drug range is wider and wider,more and more kinds of drugs,more and more complex.So the elderly patients need more care,not only to consider the effect,we should also pay special attention to drug safety.This paper focuses on how nursing staff to take pertinent nursing, so as to improve the safety of medica- tion in elderly patients.
