网络信息平台在产褥期母婴保健延伸服务中的应用研究

Application of Network Information Platform on Extension Services of Puerperium Maternal and Infant Care

目的探讨网络信息服务对产褥期妇女康复及其新生儿护理能力的影响,为更有效地开展医院产后延伸服务提供有益经验。方法便利抽样选取2011年在苏州市吴江区第一人民医院产科分娩的400例产妇,按出院单双日分成两组,对照组行常规产后随访,干预组在常规产后随访的基础上开展专业性网络咨询服务。产后42d随访时比较两组产妇的产褥期健康状况及新生儿健康情况。结果干预组产妇乳汁分泌不足、痔疮、肛裂、难以承担母亲角色、遇到新生儿护理问题缺少办法等的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);新生儿湿疹、红臀、黄疸的发生率亦明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论利用网络信息平台为产褥期妇女提供专业的指导与帮助,可有效提高产褥期妇女的康复能力及其新生儿护理能力,改善自身及新生儿健康状况。

Objective To explore the impact of network consulting services intervention model on rehabilitation of the women in puerperium and newborn care capacity,and to provide useful experiences of hospital postpartum extend service more effectively.Methods By convenience sampling,totally 400 cases of delivery women were divided into two groups based on the even and odd-numbered discharged day,the control group was followed normally and the intervention group was carried out by professional network consulting services based on normal follow-up.The health status of both puerperal women and neonatal were analyzed in 42 days of puerperium.Results Compared with the control group,the incidences of lack of maternal milk secretion,hemorrhoids,anal fissure,difficult to assume the role of a mother and having problems of taking care of the neonatal were significantly lower in the intervention group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The incidences rate of newborn eczema,newborn red buttock and jaundice in intervention group were also significantly cower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of network information platform can provide professional guidance and help for puerperal women,and it is effective in improving the rehabilitation of puerperal women and newborn care capacity.
