摘要
针对在大型多向模锻压机设计中设备零部件繁多、压制工艺复杂,造成设计任务繁重的问题,提出在大型多向模锻压机设计中应用数字样机技术,采用参数化设计以及仿真分析计算,对众多的设计方案进行优化选择,提高设计效率和设计质量。通过应用运动仿真以及有限元分析计算,能够减轻机械设备自重,降低材料消耗与制造成本。
Regarding to problem of too many parts and complex press technique to raise heavy design task , the project of application of numerical specimen machine to design of heavy duty multiway die forging press has been put forward.By adopting parameterized design and simulation analysis and calculation , various design projects have been optimized and selected to upgrade design efficiency and quality , further motion simulation and finite element analysis and calculation have been applied to decrease mass of machinery equipments and reduce material consumption and manufacturing cost.
