摘要
以云天化国际化工红磷分公司川科装置为例,对水溶性磷酸一铵滤渣的综合利用方式及控制措施进行探讨,分析了该滤渣综合利用存在的难点,在不影响水溶性磷酸一铵产量的前提下,解决了生产过程中滤渣处理形成的产品积压、收率低等问题,生产附加值相对较高的粉状磷酸一铵产品。
Taking the example of the Chuanke plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co.,Ltd. Red Phosphorus Branch,it is discussed that measures for comprehensive utilization and control for water soluble MAP filter cake,difficulties in the comprehensive utilization of the filter cake are analyzed,and without affecting the production of water soluble MAP,it addresses issues during the production,including product overstock and low yield during filter cake disposal,and produces powder MAP with higher added value.
