摘要
液质联用(LC-MS/MS)分析技术的发展为药物体内代谢产物研究提供了简便、快速的分析方法,应用该技术对药物代谢产物进行分析,一般包括LC-MS/MS谱的数据采集、数据处理、结构鉴定等步骤。本文分别对近几年LC-MS技术在药物代谢研究的数据采集、数据处理、结构鉴定3个方面中的应用进行阐述,为药物代谢的LC-MS研究提供方法和策略。
The development of LC - MS/MS technology provides a simple and rapid method for drug metabolites study. The application of this technique generally involves LC - MS/MS data acquisition, data processing and struc- ture identification. This paper reviewed the application of LC - MS technique in drug metabolism studies in respect to three aspects：data acquisition, data processing, and structure identification. This review provides methods and strategies for studies on drug metabolism bv LC - MS.
