A High Step-up Dual Switch Converter With Coupled Inductors

摘要 与隔离型拓扑相比,非隔离型拓扑结构简单且实现成本较低;相对于传统Boost变换器,双管结构升压变换器开关管电压/电流应力较低,开关管的导通损耗小,电压增益更高。提出一种耦合电感高增益双管升压变换器,该变换器具有电压增益大及开关管电压/电流应力低的特点。给出变换器的主要工作波形,详细地推导变换器的稳态工作原理,给出理想情况下变换器的电压增益并分析漏感对电压增益的影响,与常见的高增益DC/DC变换器进行性能对比,最后根据所提出的电路拓扑以及参数设计指标,设计并制作一台200 W原理样机。实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。 Compared to the isolated converters, transformerless converters have some advantages such as: the topology is simple and the cost is low. Dual switches DC/DC converter can provide a high step-up voltage gain with low voltage/current stress on power switches, which helps to reduce the conduction loss. This paper proposed a novel transformerless dual switches converter with coupled inductors, which extended the voltage conversion ratio with low voltage/current stress on the power switches. Firstly, this paper gave out the key waveforms of the proposed converter and detailed derivation of the operation principle. Secondly, this paper illustrated the voltage-conversion ratio in ideal situation and discussed the effort of leakage inductance on voltage gain. Thirdly, this paper discussed the voltage stress and current stress on the power devices and then made some comparisons between the proposed converter and other converters. Finally, a prototype rated at 200 W has been established in the lab, and all the experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis.
