摘要 为了提高风电机组的安全性和可靠性,对风电机组进行故障诊断非常关键。提出一种直驱永磁同步风电机组叶轮不平衡和绕组不对称的故障诊断方法,该方法不需要额外的传感器和数据采集设备。分析了叶轮不平衡和绕组不对称这2种故障对发电机定子电流的影响,利用派克变换对发电机的三相定子电流进行处理,然后利用快速傅里叶变换对定子电流派克变换矢量的模平方信号进行频谱分析,通过观察模平方信号中特征频率幅值的变化情况诊断故障,搭建了直驱永磁同步风电机组的仿真模型和实验平台。仿真和初步的实验结果验证了该方法应用于风电机组故障诊断的可行性。 It is critical to implement fault diagnosis for a wind turbine in order to improve its safety and reliability. A new method for fault diagnosis of blade imbalance and winding asymmetry of the direct-driven wind turbine with a permanent magnet synchronous generator (D-PMSG) is proposed in this paper, where no additional sensors and data acquisition equipment are needed. In this paper, the influences to stator currents of PMSG as the two faults occurred in the D-PMSG were analyzed. Park transformation was used to process the three-phase stator currents, and then fast Fourier transform was applied to analyze the square of Park' vector modulus (SPV) of the stator currents. The fault diagnosis of D-PMSG is carried out by observing the amplitude variations of the characteristic frequencies in the SPV. The simulation model and experimental verification platform of D-PMSG were built. The simulation and preliminary experimental results validate that the proposed approach applied to fault diagnosis of wind turbine is feasible.
