妊娠高血压胎盘组织中sFlt-1mRNA表达和血浆NO水平的关系与意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:考察妊娠高血压胎盘组织中可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1mRNA(sFlt-1)表达和血浆NO水平的关系与意义。方法:收集行剖宫产结束分娩的妊高征患者96例,其中妊高征轻度组31例、妊高征中度组36例和妊高征重度组29例,并选择同期正常孕妇25例作为对照组。结果:4个组别胎盘sFlt-1 mRNA水平和血浆NO水平有统计学差异(P<0.05),与对照组相比,妊高征的胎盘sFlt-1 mRNA水平较高,血浆NO水平较低;与轻度组相比,中度和重度组的胎盘sFlt-1mRNA水平较高(t=2.9,t=7.6,P<0.05),血浆NO水平较低(t=4.2,t=14.3,P<0.05),与中度组相比,重度组的sFlt-1 mRNA较高(t=4.8,P<0.05),血浆NO水平较低(t=10.9,P<0.05)。胎盘sFlt-1 mRNA与血浆NO呈负相关关系(r=-0.72,P<0.05)。结论:胎盘sFlt-1 mRNA与血浆NO异常与妊高征密切相关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between soluble vascular endothelial growth factor ( sFlt - 1 ) mRNA expression and plasma NO level in placental tissue of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) and the significances. Methods: Ninety-six HDCP patients after cesarean section in the hospital were collected, including 31 patients with mild HDCP, 36 patients with moderate HDCP, and 29 patients with severe HDCP; 25 normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. Results: There were statistically significant differences in sFh - 1 mRNA level and plasma NO level in placental tissues among the four groups (P 〈 0.05) , compared with control group, sFlt - 1 mRNA level in placental tissue of HDCP group was higher, the level of plasma NO was lower; compared with mild HDCP group, sFlt - 1 mRNA levels in placental tissues of moderate HDCP group and severe HDCP group were higher ( t = 2. 9, t = 7.6, P 〈 0.05), the levels of plasma NO were lower ( t = 4. 2, t = 14. 3, P 〈 0.05 ), compared with moderate HDCP group, sFlt - 1 mRNA level in placental tissue of severe HDCP group was high ( t = 4. 8, P 〈 0. 05 ), the level of plasma NO was lower ( t = 10. 9, P 〈0. 05 ) ; there was a negative correlation between sFlt - 1 mRNA level and plasma NO level in placental tissue of patients with HDCP (r = -0. 72, P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion: sFlt- lmRNA and plasma NO in placenta are closely correlated with HDCP.
