摘要
对9Cr18钢锻件锻前加热规范进行了研究。结果表明,入炉温度450~500℃,低温阶段升温速度控制在50℃/h以内,加热炉温设定为(1180±10)℃,锻造变形过程中当温度低于950℃时,及时返炉,可使9Cr18钢锻件组织满足技术要求。
Heating procedure before wrought of 9Cr18 steel was studied. The results show that to control charging temperature of the forging at 450 -450 ℃, and the heating speed within 50 ℃/h during low temperature heating stage, set heating furnace temperature at 1180 ± 10 ℃ and return the forging to heating furance when the temperature of the forging is less than 950 ℃, these can make the microstrncture of 9Cr18 steel forging meet the technical requirements.
